We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please call customer service at (970) 641-1845 in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. Deposits on rentals are non-refundable.

Merchandise must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all of its paperwork/tags. The shipping and handling charges will be refunded only if the item is defective or shipped as a result of our error. You will receive the refund upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
